Club Kindy functions in providing high quality care for children aged between 1-6 Years old, five days a week. Club Kindy provides a minimum of 7 qualified early childhood educators in attendance each day. Our operating hours are between 6.30am to 6pm. We are open 52 weeks a year and are closed on public holidays. Club Kindy consists of two classrooms and a large outdoor playground area for children.

Club Kindy’s curriculum and resources provide young children with opportunities to maximize their potential and develop a foundation for future success in learning. Club Kindy’s educators constantly strive to implement an inclusive, exciting and educational curriculum for children which inspires to support their development. 

At Club Kindy we believe in the notion that a teacher takes a hand, opens a mind, touches a heart and shapes the future. We make sure that the environment is safe and provides a rich and diverse range of experiences which promote children’s learning. 

The educators document the children’s learning development as they engage in both group and individual tasks. Families are encouraged to share our experiences daily by logging onto our Facebook member page and view our journals, images, activities and learning throughout the day.

Operating Hours and Care Service

Qualified Educators

  • Club Kindy provides a minimum of 6 qualified early childhood educators in attendance each day.
     

  • The educators at club kindy continually undergo professional development/training and maintain a high quality teaching approach.
     

  • All educators at club kindy are qualified in providing an emergency first aid response in the care environment.
     

Parent Involvement

  • At Club Kindy we believe that forming a partnership between the Centre and the child’s family is central to providing effective care.
     

  • Club kindy aims to ensure we involve parents and families into all aspects of the programs development and implementation. 
     

  • Parents are encouraged to participate in the activities of the Centre, review philosophy and policies, work practices, share ideas, attend open days and join in celebration.

Nutritious Meals Provided

  • Club Kindy provides all meals throughout the day which are prepared by a qualified cook. These meals include breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and late afternoon tea. At Club Kindy we make sure that the food we supply is consistent with the Dietary Guidelines, and provides the recommended daily intake of nutrients per day for children.
     

  • Children in their first five years of life are developing rapidly and require a nutritious and safe diet for their intellectual, behavioural and physical development. Education and fun learning activities in relation to healthy eating is also important for children’s development.
